1How do I sign up for unlimited washes?
Visit Premier Auto Wash or purchase online. Select the wash you want and pay with a credit or debit card.
2How do I pay for my Premier Unlimited membership?
The credit or debit card used when you go Unlimited will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited membership online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your membership sticker.
3How often can I wash my vehicle?
As often as you’d like each month!
4Where can I use my Unlimited membership?
You can use your Unlimited membership at Premier Auto Wash.
5 I want to buy an Unlimited membership online. How will I get my pass?
When you purchase an Unlimited membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at Premier, and a team member will affix your membership sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Premier when you pick up your Club sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
6How do I cancel my Unlimited membership?
Visit Premier and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
7Can my Unlimited membership be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited membership is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit Premier to get your membership sticker updated.
8 Is a membership sticker required?
Yes. When you go Unlimited, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.
9How can I replace my membership sticker tag?
Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See a team member at Premier and they can replace it for you.
10What if I get a new credit card?
You can talk with a team member at Premier or update your card information online now.

Unlimited Membership Management

1Do I need my membership pass number to cancel my plan or update my card?
Yes, to manage your plan online, you will need the 11-digit number on the membership sticker on your windshield (it will be in the format 12345+123456). If you don’t have access to your membership sticker, please contact us.
2How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
3Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
4Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.
5What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy for you to return as an Unlimited member. Simply visit your local Premier Auto Wash or re-enroll online now.
6Why do I get an error message when I try to manage my Unlimited membership?
There are two common causes of error messages; either you don’t have the correct membership number (an 11-digit number found on the sticker on your windshield) or your membership may not be active in the system.
