1What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
2Do you offer a ‘contactless’ method of payment?
We do! You can pay for an unlimited monthly plan here at premierautowash.com, or purchase an individual wash on our app (for iOS or Android). When you come through the wash, your single wash can be redeemed automatically by scanning the barcode at the Express Pay Terminal. Unlimited Monthly Members have a barcode sticker on their windshield so they don’t even have to roll down the window!
3Is Premier a touchless car wash?

It’s very difficult to get anything really clean without contact, even with high pressure and harsh chemicals.

At Premier, we use closed-cell foam, soft-cloth material, and 100% safe biodegradable soaps to gently clean your car. Our soft cloths and foam make contact with your car, which is the best way to get it clean without scratching or dulling your clear coat finish.

4Do you offer detailing?

5How can I cancel my membership?
At Premier Auto Wash you are not tied into any contract. It’s easy to cancel any time by talking with an onsite team member prior to your membership anniversary date.
6What's the 48-hour Clean Car Guarantee?
When you purchase our ULTIMATE Wash ($20) we guarantee your car stays clean. If your car becomes dirty for any reason within 48 hours after your ULTIMATE wash, we’ll give you an EXPRESS single wash FREE!

7What do you mean by ‘unlimited’ car washes?
Vehicles with active memberships are eligible to wash as often as they’d like each month.
8What's the "fingernail" rule
If a fingernail is required to scrape off the material, our wash won't do the same on the first try. Luckily, with our unlimited wash plans, the bug guts won't have a chance to get baked on! The more you visit, the better off your car will be.
9Do you accept muddy or icy vehicles?
It depends. If we can’t see the paint on your car, we’re not able to wash it. That’s because after the wash, if you notice a dent or scratch, you may blame the car wash. If your car is that dirty, we recommend that you take your vehicle to a self-service wash to rinse it off just to be on the safe side!
10 Do you recycle your water?
No! We use 100% Fresh Water to ensure that you receive a safe, high-quality car wash, but we use a computer controlled system which allows us to minimize the amount of water used and minimizes our impact on the environment.
11Is it really better to wash my car at Premier rather than at home?
Yes! It’s so much better for the environment and for your car. Our car wash applies high-tech chemicals that efficiently clean dust and residue, offering added protection to your car’s finish. When people wash at home, they may end up accidentally scratching their vehicle’s finish because the towels and sponges used are not 100% clean.
12 What vehicles do you not wash?
We can’t wash dually trucks or trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, or debris in the back. Lifted vehicles above a 7' (84") clearance are not accommodated based on our tunnel size. Anything with a ladder rack, greasy fifth wheel, or aftermarket parts that are not deemed to be safe are not able to wash.
13Is the wash safe for convertibles?
Absolutely! Please make sure that the roof is properly latched unless you want a shower. 😊
14Is the wash safe for newly painted cars?
Yes! However, your car’s paint needs at least 30 days to cure before you should take it through a car wash. Consult with your body shop for curing times just to be on the safe side. FYI, paint on new cars is fully cured before delivery.
15Will a cracked windshield be safe in the wash?
Yes. However, once the integrity of windshield glass is compromised by rock chips (even very small ones), it becomes more susceptible to changes in temperature. So, while you may wash your vehicle with windshield damage, cracks, or chips may expand during the process. It’s always best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.
16Will my antenna be safe?
Any fixed factory antenna will not be harmed during the wash. Power antennas are hollow core, and will break if left in the raised position, so please lower all power antennas. Premier is not responsible for antennas that have not been lowered. Aftermarket products such as CB and cell phone antennas should be removed prior to washing.
17My finish looks dull and streaky. Why?
This is usually a sign of oxidation, which occurs as paint ages and decays from exposure to sunlight and road oils. You can slow the process by washing your vehicle often and applying a coat of hand wax at least once a year. If oxidation has already occurred, try cleaning the paint with a paint cleaning compound, then polishing and waxing the finish.
18Will my bug shield be safe?
Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for aftermarket accessories to your vehicle, including bug shields. Most customers who have bug shields wash their vehicles with no incident. However, problems can arise if the shield has prior damage or if it is made from low-grade plastic. If you’re in the market for a new bug shield, we recommend products made of Lexan, which is virtually indestructible.

Unlimited Membership

1How do I sign up for unlimited washes?
Visit Premier Auto Wash in person or purchase online. Select the monthly wash plan you want and pay with a credit or debit card.
2How do I pay for my Premier Unlimited membership?
The credit or debit card used when you go Unlimited will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited membership online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your membership sticker.
3How often can I wash my vehicle?
As often as you’d like each month!
4Where can I use my Unlimited membership?
You can use your Unlimited membership at Premier Auto Wash.
5 I want to buy an Unlimited membership online. How will I get my pass?
When you purchase an Unlimited membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at Premier, and a team member will affix your membership sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Premier when you pick up your Club sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
6How do I cancel my Unlimited membership?
Visit Premier in person and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing. It is best to request cancelation 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged to allow for processing time.
7Can my Unlimited membership be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited membership is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit Premier to get your membership sticker updated.
8 Is a membership sticker required?
Yes. When you go Unlimited, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.
9How can I replace my membership sticker tag?
Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See a team member at Premier and they can replace it for you.

Unlimited Membership Management

1Do I need my membership pass number to update my card?
Yes, to update your credit card online (go to the Unlimited Plans Page and click the "manage plan" tab) you will need the 11-digit number on the membership sticker on your windshield (it will be in the format 12345+123456). If you don’t have access to your membership sticker, please contact us.
2How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
In order to allow processing time, any cancelation requests should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
3Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
4Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request. If you have not received an email confirmation after 48 hours, please contact us to ensure we received your request.
5What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy for you to return as an Unlimited member. Simply visit your local Premier Auto Wash or re-enroll online now.
6Why do I get an error message when I try to manage my Unlimited membership?
There are two common causes of error messages. • You don’t have the correct membership number (an 11-digit number found on the sticker on your windshield). • Your membership may not be active in the system.

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the car wash operation, including scheduling, day-to-day management, hiring, and personnel management, P&L oversight, and handling customer issues.
