Position Type: Salaried w/Bonus Opportunities
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the car wash operation, including scheduling, day-to-day management, hiring, and personnel management, P&L oversight, and handling customer issues.
Sales talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion to advance oneself and the business are all required! The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to work outside are all necessities, too.

The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and assists with all aspects of the car wash operation, including scheduling, day-to-day management, hiring and personnel management, and handling customer issues.
Sales talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion to advance oneself and the business are all required! The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to work outside are all necessities, too.
Position Type: Hourly w/Commission
The CSA reports to the General Manager and is trained to assist with all aspects of the car wash operation, including guiding cars on to the conveyor, cleaning duties, and upselling car wash customers at the kiosk.
Sales talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion to advance oneself and the business are all required! The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to work outside are all necessities, too.
Position Type: Hourly w/Commission
The Brand Ambassador reports to the General and/or Assistant Manager. As the face and voice of Premier Auto Wash, the BA is directly involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products and services to customers on site.
To excel in this role, excellent communication and networking skills are required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to work outside are all necessities, too. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
