LEADTIME

Sponsorships:

* Due to the amount of requests we receive SPONSORSHIP requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to date of event or sponsorship deadline.

* Responses are given within 2 weeks of submission.

Donations:

* Due to the amount of requests we receive, DONATION requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to date needed

* Responses are given within 2 weeks of submission.

* To be fair and equitable, donations cannot be provided to the same organization more than 2x in 12 months.

Organizations must be able to verify nonprofit status with Tax ID.

Application does NOT guarantee approval. Premier Auto Wash reserves the right to cancel or modify DONATIONS with proper notice. We reserve the right to modify the sponsorship in question and do not need to provide reason for denial.

Our program allows for maximum flexibility for your organization and supporters. Purchase car wash coupons at 50% retail and sell to your supporters for dollar amount of your choice. Your organization keeps all proceeds from resale of coupons. It’s that simple.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

* Submit application

* Select level of car wash coupon to purchase (min. of 20):

- Ultimate - $9/coupon ($18 retail value)

- Xpress - $4/coupon ($8 retail value)

* Your organization re-sells pre-paid coupons to your supporters for dollar amount of your choice. You keep all proceeds. Simple, easy.

* Our program allows for maximum flexibility. No need to be restricted to one specific day/time to raise funds.

- Your organization sells coupons at your convenience

- Supporters can redeem coupons anytime they choose

* K-12 and University groups

The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and assists with all aspects of the car wash operation, including scheduling, day-to-day management, hiring and personnel management, and handling customer issues.

Sales talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion to advance oneself and the business are all required! The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to work outside are all necessities, too.

* You must be directly affiliated with or represent the organization/group applying for fundraising program

You will be contacted by a Premier rep within 2 weeks of your submission.
